Safety is our top priority.
Compliance is key to the performance of successful projects while offering professional construction services. We have written policies to address each requirement and continuously train our craftspeople and supervisors on safe and effective means of performing our daily project responsibilities while protecting the environment, the public, our clients, and our people.
The rules we work under
H&M routinely performs projects where we are subject to the rules and regulations of:
- The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
- The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA)
- The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT)
- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
- State environmental agencies where we are licensed (ADEM, MDEQ, DEQ LA, etc.)
