Industrial Fabrication
Our mechanical and fabrication office and shop is located in Demopolis, Alabama. H&M’s fabrication qualifications include authorizations for pressure vessel manufacture, power boiler manufacture and assembly, and repairs and alterations at shop and field locations.
Pressure vessels
Our ASME “U” Certificate of Authorization covers the manufacture of pressure vessels at shop and site installation. Pressure vessel manufacturing is also among the disciplines addressed by our project quality plans.
Power boilers and repairs
Our qualifications include ASME “S” authorization for the manufacture and assembly of power boilers, and NBIC “R” authorization for repairs and alterations at shop and field locations.
Quality from purchasing to testing
Our quality program includes purchasing, document control, material control, inspection and testing plans, and third-party testing requirements. These are part of how we prepare and carry out the work.
